The Fawn Lake Community Association (FLCA) exists to establish protective covenants and neighborhood guidelines for the safety and comfort of all residents. Led by our Home Owners Association and the manager of resident services, the association board of directors invites all residents to participate in community meetings, committees and open forum discussions related to the well-being of our neighborhoods. The FLCA is responsible for upholding a distinctive quality of life for all property owners, and we welcome input and support from Fawn Lake residents and prospective homeowners.
