WATER AEROBICS SCHEDULE

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00am-11:00am (June 3-August 30)
$10/per class

Join our pool party! You don’t need to know how to swim for this refreshing water exercise class. Working out in the water provides natural resistance and an opportunity to burn some calories. You’ll be guided through a workout that pushes and supports you at your level. Join us for an hour of water fun all set to music that will keep you moving! If you have arthritis or other joint conditions you’ll find the water comforting and the non-impact workout stimulating. This class will help improve your posture and balance your muscles using water resistance. Men and women welcome! Bring a noodle (thick one) and water weights along with your towel and water bottle.
